Description:
An ideal card set with instructions for ten fun multilevel cognitively stimulating games to nurture brain health and self-esteem in an individual with early stage dementia. These games are led by a professional or nonprofessional caregiver and can be adapted to the individual’s level of ability. Suggestions are offered to ensure the individual is successful and is having fun. The games have the potential to strengthen abilities in reading, listening, spelling, identifying associations, rhyming, sorting, remembering, categorizing, and interpreting novel visual orientations. This product has been field tested with individuals with dementia for over eight years.
